She was really welcoming n adjusted to my changed plans. House was clean n comfy like described in pictures. Location is good. Host does speak english which was very helpful. My husband and I had a really lovely stay at Tsegii's. She is a very friendly and helpful host and although we did not get to spend too much time with her as we were out a lot, we enjoyed the occasions when we did meet her. Her place feels like a home, is clean and Sukhbaatar square is only about a 20-30min walk away. We definitely recommend staying there!

The condo construction boom of Asia is happening In UB as well. This is one of the newer condos with great water pressure and a high quality elevator. Just down the street at Home Plaza is a fantastic grocery store and easy access to the "UB Uber" that can get you anywhere in the city. Tsegii is an absolute pleasure to stay with. She is an amazing cook, and her English is great. The location is about a 20-25 minute walk from the city centre - and a little difficult to locate at first, but Tsegii is helpful and welcoming upon arrival. The room was clean and had a nice view of the mountains, and the bedroom door had a lock and key. I would stay here again 100%.

Apartment was very clean. I was provided clean linen on arrival. Bus stop is located right in front of the apartment. You can also walk to the city center in around 30 minutes. Tsegii was very friendly and helpful. She invited me to join in for breakfast, lunch and dinner a couple of times.

Tsengii was a great communicator and we enjoyed the lunch she made on our arrival. Her husband took us on a day Tour which was inexpensive but great! It was a pity Tsengii was unable to stay with us during our stay in Ulanbaatar, but we enjoyed the apartment.

Tsegii is an outstanding host. This is the first time we have ever been invited to eat dinner with our hosts, which was a special experience because we helped make Mongolian dumplings.
